TRUFFES MAGNATUM
The Tuber magnatum or white truffle, also known as the white truffle of Italy or the white truffle of Alba, is the queen of truffles. The white truffle harvest season starts every year from September or early October and ends at the end of November, beginning of December. They are characterized by their white and smooth peridium. Inside, the flesh of the mushroom is white and mottled. The white truffle is renowned for its delicacy and its fragrances that are as intense as they are incomparable.
La Tuber magnatum, ou truffe blanche, également connue sous le nom de truffe blanche d'Italie ou de truffe blanche d'Alba, est la reine des truffes. La saison de récolte de la truffe blanche débute chaque année à partir de septembre ou début octobre et se termine à la fin de novembre, début décembre. Elles se caractérisent par leur péridium blanc et lisse. À l'intérieur, la chair du champignon est blanche et marbrée. La truffe blanche est renommée pour sa délicatesse et ses arômes aussi intenses qu'incomparables.
